Colin holds a BEng degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and an MSc in Sustainable Energy Finance.

Colin has extensive experience in both engineering and financial roles within the renewable energy industry. Initially, he worked in a technical capacity developing hydropower plants and electric vehicle charging infrastructure before moving into corporate finance where he was responsible for the development of a renewable energy asset portfolio for a major utility.

Most recently, he was part of a $200m private equity fund who invest growth capital into low carbon technology companies where he was involved in all aspects of both new and existing investments and sat on the board of the firm’s portfolio companies.

Colin represented Ireland at a junior international level for Rugby. When not in the office, he enjoys traveling and swimming.
